1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QUICKSEND.lk platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

QUICKSEND.lk offers a platform for sending SMS messages to mobile numbers. The services include, but are not limited to:

• Transactional SMS

• Promotional SMS

• Bulk SMS messaging

• SMS analytics and reporting

3. User Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• •You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• •You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to spamming or sending unsolicited messages.

4. Account Security

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Payment Terms

• •All charges for services are outlined on our pricing page. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the service.

• •QUICKSEND.lk operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, with no monthly fees. Payments are processed securely.

6. Sender ID Usage and Responsibilities

• •When downloading system-generated sender ID request letters and using them to request sender IDs, you agree to accept the generated letter as valid for your business or organization, even if it does not match your original letterhead. The system-generated letter is considered valid for use. If you prefer not to use the system-generated letter, you may create your own document with your letterhead, provided it includes the same content as the system-generated letter.

• •Sender IDs must be requested only from registered businesses or organizations. Users of the QUICKSEND platform making such requests must provide an authorization letter or other relevant documentation proving their authority to use the platform on behalf of the business or organization.

• •You are responsible for any content sent through the QUICKSEND platform via SMS or any other communication method and agree that QUICKSEND or its affiliates assume no responsibility for such content.

• •Any actions taken by government authorities or other parties regarding the use of the Sender ID or the content sent through that Sender ID are the sole responsibility of the registered account user, business, or organization. QUICKSEND will not assume any responsibility for such cases.

• •You are responsible for providing genuine and trustworthy documents when requested by the QUICKSEND platform or its representatives. You must not submit any false or unreliable documents. QUICKSEND performs only a viewing validation of the documents. If any issues arise from providing fake documents or otherwise, you are fully responsible for those issues and any actions taken against you.

• •You are responsible for ensuring that no abusive, inappropriate, sexual, harmful, political, or any other irrelevant or unethical content is sent through the QUICKSEND platform or using the Sender IDs.

• •Promotional content must not be sent through transactional Sender IDs. If promotional content is sent using transactional Sender IDs, those Sender IDs will be banned and could be irretrievable. Additionally, if government authorities or any other parties take action due to the misuse of transactional Sender IDs for promotional purposes, you will be fully responsible for such cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

• •QUICKSEND.lk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any services provided therein.

• •We do not guarantee the availability or reliability of our services.

8. Termination

• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

9. Changes to Terms

• •We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

• •These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
